Canadian singer-songwriter Matthew Good was accused of being a “serial molester” by ex-girlfriend, Toronto model and record producer Hayley Mather. As a result of these allegations, Warner Music Canada “broke up” with the singer

Mather posted a long message on her Instagram page on February 3 outlining her allegations, which include infidelity, sexual coercion, and mental abuse

“Matt Good is a serial abuser,” she wrote, “… During our relationship, I have been frequently cheated on (unwittingly, except on one occasion where I have regrettably forgiven him), constantly lied to, sexually forced, groomed, emotional and spiritual abused and manipulated

“Everything that took place was consensual However, I was told that fulfilling his fantasies was a way to bring our relationship closer together and that it would lead to greater intimacy between him and me

She called him a “serial liar” and said he manipulated her even though he knew Mather was vulnerable and suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth to her daughter, according to Mather, she and Good broke up about a month ago / p>

Global News asked Mather for more information, but as of this writing she has not responded. On her social media post, she says she is “not ready to tell (her) full story” and describes how she does it “suffered a nervous breakdown and had to retire from work due to his alleged abuse”

Bernie Breen Management, who once ran the singer, wrote to Global News saying the agency “no longer represents Matthew Good. No further comments and / or statements will be made”

Mather claims that she was approached by about 12 other women with similar stories of abuse and mistreatment Again, this has not been confirmed or confirmed by Global News

On Mather’s Instagram, she also displayed an email allegedly sent by Good himself in a separate post

She said Good wrote to her on December 30 of last year when she attacked her character and profession, seemingly trying to explain his actions and behavior

“There are very many things that I can easily be accused of,” he allegedly wrote her in part. “And most of them are true. But then you would have to have lived my life to know why these things exist”

At one point – if he is the author of the email – Good supposedly admits that he is having problems

“I am who I am, which is obviously a pretty excited person,” the email says, “You don’t have to tell me that”

The now-ex-Good record label, Warner Music Canada, released a statement Thursday afternoon in response to the allegations
