“We are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases and we need New Brunswickers to work fully with public health staff and guidelines to address the cases now and in the future,” said the chief Medical Officer of Health Dr Jennifer Russell said in a statement on Sunday

“Get tested if you show symptoms of COVID-19 and stay home if you are not feeling well Do not take any risks with your health and that of your loved ones and others in the community”

There have been nine deaths since the pandemic began. One person is in intensive care related to the virus

There have been a total of 618 COVID-19 cases in New Brunswick, of which 567 have been recovered
