“It was a good performance, the guys played hard,” said Nash after the game. “They deserve it, we have a lot of people who can play, we have a strong team and they keep coming in and playing hard and try to play right So it was an excellent first outing””

According to Elias Sports, Nash’s 26-point win is the third largest point differential in a rookie coach’s first win in NBA history.He will try to build on the win on Tuesday Christmas Day when the nets at 5 p.m. the Boston Celtics Visit at ET / 2 pm PT on Sportsnet
