A letter was sent from the York Catholic District School Board on Wednesday stating that parents’ online learning was due to start on May 6th Government sources told 680 NEWS Thursday morning that the information was inaccurate

#BREAKING – A government source tells me the Catholic letter sent from York that schools may close is inaccurate I was told that schools are scheduled to open as usual after Monday break next week, like is evident from my coverage of yesterday evening

In a statement Thursday, Lecce said new protocols will also be introduced in schools to ensure the safety of students and staff after the April break

“The Chief Medical Officer of Health stated schools remain safe Against third wave & VOCs have maintained strong protocols 987 percent of schools open and 74 percent with no cases Students deserve to be in class”
