According to our news partners at Athens News Courier, 55-year-old Kevin Greeson from Athens died on Wednesday during the attack on the U.S. Main building
DC. City police chief Robert Contee says Greeson died of medical problems while protesting, according to Greeson’s family, he suffered from a heart attack
WAFF reached out to the Greeson family, but they refused to speak on camera, but confirmed that Kevin had traveled to Washington to show his support for President Trump
Kevin was a wonderful father and husband who loved life. He loved riding motorcycles, he loved his job and his employees, and he loved his dogs
Kevin was an attorney for President Trump and enrolled on Jan. Attended the event on January 1st, 2021 to show his support.He was excited to be there to witness this event – he was not there to participate in violence or riots, nor did he condone such actions
Kevin had a history of high blood pressure and had a heart attack in the midst of the excitement. Our family is devastated. We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers and value privacy during this time when we are grieving. ”
