“This reduction is a consequence of the [health] crisis and mobility restrictions. The state of alert has brought economic activity to a standstill, which, combined with other factors such as working from home, explains a drop in traffic and a reduction in the accident rate,” said Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska told reporters
