The law firm representing the victims of the Lion Air crash in a class action lawsuit against Tom Girardi has urged a judge to order Erika Girardi, known by her stage name Erika Jayne, to stop selling her clothes online

In legal documents filed Friday by Edelson PC and viewed from page 6, the company states that the freeze on Girardi’s fortune should be extended to the star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” (81) One year old Girardi may have bought the clothes for her

Even though Girardi and Jayne, 49, have filed for divorce, the couple remain bound by California state property laws so anything the reality star owns belongs to their estranged husband

“Simply put, the court has frozen all of Tom Girardi’s property, and that means that all of the communal property is frozen too,” the documents read, “Erika Girardi must stop selling her clothes”

On Wednesday, Jayne advertised her online collection, which is for sale on the second-hand website Vestiaire Collective, on Twitter and even offered a 10 percent discount

The law firm also requests Jayne to deposit any money earned from the sale after the freeze is done with the clerk

Edelson PC sued the estranged couple on behalf of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air flight earlier this month for allegedly embezzling the funds and attempting to hide them through their “bogus” divorce, Jayne filed in November after two decades Before divorce a

Girardi has been sued multiple times in the past few weeks. His partner at a law firm, Robert Keese, recently sued him for liquidating his other business, known as the 1126 Wilshire Partnership

He is also being sued by Wells Fargo Financial Services for allegedly violating a written agreement and speaking with the bank

It is unclear how Girardi, who testified that he is broke, will pay damages he may have to pay
