ALBANY, N.Y – A former Government Adjutant Andrew M Cuomo published a long essay Wednesday morning accusing the governor of sexual harassment and outlining some disturbing episodes, including an unsolicited kiss in his Manhattan office

Adjutant Lindsey Boylan described several years of uncomfortable interactions with Mr. Cuomo, a third-term Democrat, including an invitation to strip poker on a government plane and an email from another top adviser indicating that the governor thought she was a “better looking sister” of another woman

Ms. Boylan, who was working for the state business development agency at the time, published this email in December 2016 and said that the governor had given her the other woman’s name in a professional context, an experience she considered “humiliating” labeled “

Ms. Boylan, who is running for president of Manhattan District, first publicly accused the governor of sexual harassment in a series of comments on Twitter in December known and did not confirm this

On Wednesday, however, Ms. Boylan wrote that she had told her husband and mother of her concerns about the governor.She also offered new details, including a description of an incident in 2018 when she said she and Mr. Cuomo was alone in his Manhattan office

Ms. Boylan wrote that her boss at Empire State Development once told her in her early days in the Cuomo administration that “the governor had a crush on me,” added that Mr. Cuomo tried very hard to touch me on my lower back, arms and legs ”

“His executives have started keeping tabs on my whereabouts,” she wrote, posting an email in 2016 in which a top advisor to Mr. Cuomo asked Ms. Boylan’s boss if she would attend an event

The governor’s attention also included a private invitation to his office in late 2016, Ms. Boylan said when she said he showed her a box of cigars, Cuomo said he received from President Bill Clinton when he was in his administration as minister worked for housing and urban development

“I haven’t lost my two-decade-old reference to President Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky,” she said
