Professional golfer Michelle Wie shared her shock when she heard Rudy Giuliani’s “disturbing” story about looking up her skirt during a charity event seven years ago

Giuliani told the story Thursday when he appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast to commend his friend Rush Limbaugh, the conservative talk radio host who died of lung cancer the day before

President Donald Trump’s unpredictable former attorney seemed to shock Bannon when he shared a day with Limbaugh on the golf course – and how’s underwear mentioned

Giuliani recalled a charity golf trip in 2014 where he and Limbaugh watched As bent down and show off her panties

The 31-year-old LPGA star responded to Giuliani’s comments in a statement on Friday, accusing him of “objectifying” them

Pro golfer Michelle Wie (pictured in June 2019) condemned Rudy Giuliani’s “troubling” story about how he and Rush Limbaugh looked up their skirt at a charity event seven years ago

In March 2014, Giuliani and Limbaugh (seen in the car on the left) played alongside Wie (right) during the Els for Autism Pro-Am charity event in Palm Beach, Florida

Giuliani shared his rough anecdote about seeing Wie’s ‘Panties’ on Thursday when he appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast to remember Limbaugh

I had to hear it for you to do it: Rudy Giuliani tells an absolutely disgusting story about golfing with Rush Limbaugh (he calls Rush “Roger” because he has pudding for the mind, but in context it definitely worked um Rush) picTwittercom / fh4zO3DUVi

“It is troubling to hear about this highly inappropriate story shared on a podcast by a public person referring to my” panties “while playing on a charity program,” Wie wrote in a statement on Twitter

‘What this person should have remembered from that day on was the fact that I shot 64 and beat every male golfer on the field that led our team to victory

‘I shudder to think he was smiling into my face and complimenting me on my game while objectifying me and pointing to my “panties” behind my back all day

‘What should be discussed is the elite skill level that women play at, not how we wear them or look

‘My putting stance six years ago was designed to improve my putting stats (I won the US Open that year), NOT an invitation to look up my rock!

‘Nike makes skirts with built-in SHORTS underneath for this very reason, so that women can feel TRUSTED and COMFORTABLE in a game we love’

Giuliani had started a so-called “funny story” when he described how he and Limbaugh bonded while playing golf on Bannon’s podcast

The two men were together with the magazine publisher Marvin Shanken with Wie bei Els for Autism Pro-Am, which took place on 10 March 2014, held at the PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach, Florida

But Giuliani remembered the day for a different reason, remembering him and Limbaugh being followed by photographers

Limbaugh, the nationally syndicated Conservative radio talk show host, died Wednesday of lung cancer. He can be seen above last February

Giuliani said he remembered Limbaugh and said to him, “What have you been doing now? They know how I hate getting pictures taken, I know you’re famous, but can’t you tell them to stay away? ‘

The former mayor then said he invited Limbaugh to come out into the country with me because Wie was preparing for the putt

“Now Michelle is how gorgeous,” Giuliani said, ‘She is 6ft [tall] and she has an odd putting stance’

‘She bends over all the way and her panties show up and the press went crazy’

Giuliani’s remarks were answered with an awkward silence by Bannon. After not getting the laugh he expected, Giuliani added, “Is it okay to tell this joke? I’m not sure ‘

The bizarre retelling came months after Giuliani found himself in hot water when he was caught in a “honey trap” by an actress posing as a conservative journalist in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm

In what is perhaps the most notable scene in the film, Giuliani was filmed lying on a bed and seemed to shed his hands in front of actress Maria Bakalova, who portrayed 15-year-old Tutar Sagdiyev
